Collab Spotlight: Scotty Greathouse

This week MERGE4 has the honor of highlight the super talented Scott Greathouse. Scott captivates those around him with his beautiful abstract artworks and kindhearted personality. Scott creates through experimentation and enjoys handmade things and imperfections.

Scotty grew up in Santa Cruz, CA and his murals can be found all across the bay area. He is the Creator and Founder of IdeasForWalls which helps him answer the question “what kind of art do you do?”

Scotty has donated a number of works to benefit the community including a mural at Jacob’s Heart Children’s Caner Foundation, a collaborative project and installation with children at Stanford’s Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, and most recently at Soquel High School.

In addition to his donated works his murals can be found at LinkedIn, Plantronics Santa Cruz, and was featured in the RVCA gallery in 2016-17.

All of MERGE4’s collaborations with Scotty Greathouse feature moisture-wicking soles, elastic arch supports, stay-put cuffs, and the perfect balance of compression and comfort.

We caught up with Scotty recently for a Collab Convo and when asked about MERGE4 socks he said "If you haven’t had a pair of these yet, you need to get a pair and feel how comfortable they are. These are the coziest socks on the planet."
