How to Start a Return Authorization Request at Merge4 ?

Any pair of Merge4 socks that you purchase can be returned to us within 30 days at Merge4.com for a full refund. They must be brand new=unworn with tags still attached. When you return an item the shipping charges must be covered by you. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge. We will not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

Merge4 Warranty

Socks are tricky. We will gladly replace any items that are damaged due to a defect, rather than damaged due to everyday wear.

You must call customer service for a return authorization within 30 days. Include a note explaining what happened for a full refund. If purchased in a dealer’s retail shop a receipt of purchase will be required to verify the purchase date from that authorized dealer.
