Dear MERGE4 family,
Our hearts go out to all those affected by COVID-19, both directly and indirectly. The health and wellbeing of our customers, our internal team and community are our top priorities and we are working on ways to care for our retailers and neighbors during these trying times.
Our online store will remain operational and we look forward to providing our customers with the comfiest socks ever for hunkering down at home and staying active outdoors. We are monitoring the situation closely and wanted to share an update on the ways the MERGE4 team is responding:
- Our internal team has transitioned to working remotely starting March 16th.
- Our shipping warehouse has increased daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand washing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning equipment.
- We are following guidelines and best practices from the CDC, and we encourage all of our friends to stay up-to-date with the latest updates provided by the CDC here.
- Our customer service team is available through the online chat on our website Monday-Friday 8am-6pm if you need assistance with your order or have any questions.
MERGE4 was founded on the idea of using business as a force for doing good. We plan to adhere to that principle throughout this challenging time by finding ways to support our fellow small businesses, prioritizing our employees’ health and safety, and through financial and in-kind donations to our nonprofit partners including Stanford’s Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Bradley’s House and the San Diego Zoo.
We are inspired by the fearless healthcare workers and first responders in our community and are forever grateful for their selfless work in caring for those in need during this crisis.
Thank you for your continued support of MERGE4. Together we can help redirect the social energy from fear and panic to love and preparation. Please take precautions, stay safe, and spend some meaningful time outside this week (while practicing social distancing).
