Any pair of MERGE4 socks purchased from merge4.com can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. They must be unworn with tags still attached. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or refund the original shipping charge. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
How do I return my socks?
Not happy with your socks? Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:
To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. MERGE4 is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Returns and exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MERGE4 socks. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Gift Cards – Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

How will I be refunded
When making a return request, you'll be given the option to receive store credit or a refund directly to the original method of payment.
Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or store credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of socks being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
What if my socks are faulty?
We're so sorry if a pair of socks you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process and attach a photo of the fault to the returns form. We will replace the item if the stock is available or issue you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
Can I exchange my socks for a different pair?
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges on any socks. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
