Shipping policy

All orders placed on our website are sent from our US-based warehouse. We offer free shipping within the US for all orders over $49.

Shipping within USA

- Free US shipping for all orders over $49.

- Flat rate shipping is $5.95 for orders under $49.

- 2nd day express delivery is $30.00.

- Next day express delivery is $54.00.

All orders placed before 1 pm PST time are processed the same business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping internationally

All international orders are sent via USPS and then passed onto your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 7-21 business days depending on the country. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

All orders placed before 1 pm PST are dispatched the same business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. MERGE4 is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Changes to your order

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Processing and delivery times

All orders placed before 1 pm PST time are dispatched the same business day, this includes orders sent with our express delivery services.

Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at orders@merge4.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customs/import duties and taxes

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. MERGE4 is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
