The Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is by MERGE4, PO Box 1807, Soquel, CA 95073.


2. Eligibility

 

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

5. Prizes

September 8: Three (3) winners will each receive one digital code for Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4 and MERGE4 socks.

 

September 15: Three (3) winners will each receive one digital code for Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4 and MERGE4 socks with art by Steve Caballero.

 

September 22: One (1) winner will receive the Digital Deluxe Edition of Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 + 4, MERGE4 socks, plus a standout collectible: a full-size Birdhouse skateboard deck featuring the iconic “Wings” graphic and a printed Tony Hawk autograph!

 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize will be disclosed in the announcement post.


6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

 

Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message within 48 hours of selection.

 

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.
